That's Life Podcast
In the late spring of 2024, I decided to start a podcast. The main objective of the podcast was for me to practice interviewing people and learning more about audio and recording and figuring out how to edit audio. Most episodes of the podcast are me interviewing my friends and talking about life. More recently I have started reviewing books on my podcast because I absolutely love reading and I want to share my love of books with others. I do not have a specific goal for downloads for my podcast because it is for fun and for me to get more experience, but I am going to try to start posting more consistently to get more practice.

Running Livestreams for Sports
During my sophomore year of college (2024-2025) I had the opportunity to help run livestreams for different sporting events at Cornerstone University. For some events I ran video production which meant that I would move the camera as needed to follow the ball and I would add points to the score board that the audience sees on the livestream, and depending on the sport I would start and stop the clock as well.
I had the opportunity to give play-by-play for several sporting events as well. I did three baseball games, a couple soccer games, some volleyball games, and several softball games. Calling play-by-plays was a great experience and helped me learn how to improvise quickly because sporting events happen so fast.

Morning Show
During the summer of 2025, I had the opportunity to be a guest on the morning show at Joy99.3. The cohosts, Tommy and Brooke, were very generous in letting me get some morning show experience. I came up with a few ideas for segments that we used and it was a very valuable experience because it taught me about coming up with engaging segments, and also about flexibility and adaptability because you have to be able to adapt to anything the audience comments on and what your cohosts say.
